Manors is established on first-floor premises at 36 Baker Street, right on the corner of Blandford Street, London.
At this time, the company specialises in lettings on a short-term basis. David Sellar is the Managing Director.
1984
The company grows steadily; Stephen Sellar joins Manors.
1988
Stephen Sellar is appointed a Company Director.
1993
Due to a large client base, the company expands and moves to street-level premises at 26 Baker Street, London.
Paul Sellar joins the company and opens a residential sales division to allow further growth in a very competitive market.
The new sales division goes from strength to strength, focusing on domestic residential sales, and on acquiring and selling residential investment buildings.
1995
Through exceptional sales success combined with the continued growth of the lettings and management divisions, Manors moves to larger street-level premises at 1 Baker Street, London.
1996
Paul Sellar is appointed a Company Director.
Today
The company's operations are now overseen by Paul Sellar, while the sales division is led by Jonathan Adams who has more than 20 years of Central London experience. 2008 also sees the growth of the lettings department, led by Libby Watt who brings over 10 years experience in the lettings industry.
From double-fronted street-level offices at 1 Baker Street, Manors commands an enviable position in Central London, ensuring an exceptional level of visibility in the area.
